June 15, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #48 Title APPROVAL OF RANKING OF CERTIFIED AND QUALIFIED FIRMS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR COMMISSIONING OF BUILDING SYSTEMS FOR THE BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL - REBUILD PROJECT Description The scope shall be to provide consulting services for the commissioning of building systems for the Booker High School - Rebuild project. On 5/21/2010, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a certified and qualified firm for these services. The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with School Board Policy #7.71. The preliminary construction budget for this project is $45,000,000.00. Funds for these services are available through the project account. Recommendation That the ranking of certified and qualified firms for Consulting Services for Commissioning of Building Systems for the Booker High School - Rebuild project be approved as presented and the Executive Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
